It is\u00a0a supportive, a dynamic and a holistic approach to the promotion of well-being. It provides a quiet space where one can reconnect with his\/her own health and needs.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; color: #888888; font-size: 14px;\">Shiatsu literally \u201cmeans finger pressure\u201d and it focuses on the experience of Qi and its use to bring harmony. It uses a variety of techniques from finger pressure to stretching along energetic pathways called \u201cmeridians\u201d.
